The LAST Weathervane hafla is going to be Saturday, November 13. It is going to be the last for several reasons, namely because EPICA’s lease expires at the end of the year, and because it’s simply Weathervane’s time to move on and begin a new chapter.
I am planning to do something special for this last hafla and could really use help if you have any photos or video footage from any of the haflas.
Photos: if you have a favorite photo of yourself or your troupe dancing (not taken by Lee) at a Weathervane hafla, please send it to me at gigi@weathervanearts.com. Include photo credit.
Videos: if you have any videos whatsoever of Weathervane haflas (either of yourself or other performances), please do one of the following:
- send me the link to the specific video or YouTube/Vimeo channel. If you are okay with letting me use it, please take a moment to make the source file available on that particular video(s)
- send the file directly to me at gigi@weathervanearts.com
- if you want to be really specific about the video or clip you want me to use, feel free to clip it yourself (please keep it to under one minute long) and send me that file.
I promise I will credit all photos and videos to their rightful owner! 
If you’d like to be involved with this special project that will be really meaningful for the LAST Weathervane hafla, send me what you can by October 23rd.
